Happy Easter everyone! I took my boys to the San Xavier Mission. We ate frybread and I lit a candle in the side chapel. This is the view from the top of the volcanic hill.
Happy Easter Mark! ,
Unusual contrast, love the photo.
Thank you! I hope you had a good day too! 🙂
I had a good Sunday 🙂
I don’t know that I should say this, but we’re all agnostics and only recognize Christian holidays out of a sense of tradition — I was raised Catholic. Going to the mission, eating frybread made by the Tohono O’odham indians, paying respects to a historic symbol of faith, giving pause for thoughtful reflection and climbing the volcanic hill is our family tradition now. It was a nice day! 🙂
Share any thoughts with me and freely, Mark. I’m still a learner, always keen to hear n experience different cultures, faith and traditions. Primarily, I just love people and my life 🙂
